What will the weather be like?

Early October in Brooklyn is typically sunny, crisp and in the high 60’s during the day and low 40’s at night. We recommend packing layers you can easily shed or add depending on the time of day.

What should I wear?

Welcome drinks attire is dressy casual. Slacks, button down shirts, casual dresses, dark jeans and a dressy top. The wedding attire is Black Tie Optional. Dress to impress! A tuxedo or matching suit and floor length dresses or gowns. The ceremony will be on grass so please be mindful if you plan to wear high-heels. Will you provide transportation to and from the venue?

Since guests will be staying at multiple locations around the city, there will not be one central form of transportation to or from the venue. You may take a ride share, taxi or the subway which is very close to the garden. Take the 2 or 3 train to the Eastern Parkway - Brooklyn Museum stop, then its about a 10 min walk to the entrance. Google Maps will be your friend this weekend!

Are children welcome?

Please leave the kiddos at home for this weekend. There will be no exceptions made for any children. We thank you for understanding.

Will there be vegan/vegetarian/gluten-free food options?

Absolutely! We will have all options available at every event. Please list your dietary preferences on your RSVP card.

Smoking / vaping of any kind is not allowed on the garden premises.
